'TheCollectiveMind began with an ambition: to deliver true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985, originating as a quaint, family-oriented business with recipes passed down from our ancestors.
Marco Bianchi, our trailblazer, acquired the skill of pizza creation while exploring Italy, learning from the great pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was born. After her return to the UK, her goal was to bring the essential taste of authentic Italian pizza, with classic techniques and top-quality ingredients.
Our journey started with a cozy 12-seat establishment and has since flourished into a cherished local eatery. Our dedication to excellence and authenticity has remained steadfast. We persist in employing wood-fired oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch each day, and choosing the best ingredients available.
At present, 'TheCollectiveMind is still under family management, with the Bianchi successors at the helm of our energetic crew. While we've adopted some contemporary improvements, our essence is unwavering: crafting delicious, genuine pizza that brings our community together.
